Leslie Shein serves as Director of Operations and Finance at Compass Financial Group, bringing a strong background in leadership, organizational management, and operational strategy. She oversees the firm’s operational and financial functions with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with the firm’s high standards of client service.

Prior to joining Compass, Leslie served as a Lower School Principal, where she led academic and operational functions, managed faculty, developed curriculum, and directed daily school operations. She also served as Educational Technology Coordinator, implementing digital systems and improving organizational efficiency across her institution.

Leslie holds a BA in Social Science and an MEd in Educational Leadership. Her background in institutional leadership, personnel management, and technology integration translates directly to the operational rigor Compass maintains on behalf of its clients.
