Stacey Beverley serves as Client Relationship Manager and Compliance Associate at Compass Financial Group, bringing nearly 20 years of dedication to the firm. In her role, Stacey serves as a primary point of contact for clients while supporting advisors with compliance oversight and operational coordination.

Stacey holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP^®) designation and is a graduate of Florida State University. Her prior background includes experience as an administrative and mortgage operations associate with Fairway Funding Group and as an internet sales operations coordinator with FMS Bonds.

Her deep familiarity with the firm, attention to detail, and commitment to service continuity are central to the consistent client experience Compass has built over decades. 

Jordan Gaudineer is an Investment Analyst at Compass Financial Group, supporting the firm’s investment research, portfolio analysis, and operational functions. He holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Florida Atlantic University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.

Currently working toward his Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation, Jordan brings a data-driven approach to investment analysis and continues to develop his expertise in comprehensive financial planning and wealth management.

Leslie Shein serves as Director of Operations and Finance at Compass Financial Group, bringing a strong background in leadership, organizational management, and operational strategy. She oversees the firm’s operational and financial functions with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with the firm’s high standards of client service.

Prior to joining Compass, Leslie served as a Lower School Principal, where she led academic and operational functions, managed faculty, developed curriculum, and directed daily school operations. She also served as Educational Technology Coordinator, implementing digital systems and improving organizational efficiency across her institution.

Leslie holds a BA in Social Science and an MEd in Educational Leadership. Her background in institutional leadership, personnel management, and technology integration translates directly to the operational rigor Compass maintains on behalf of its clients.

Val Shein serves as Senior Administrative Consultant at Compass Financial Group, Inc., providing expertise in comptroller functions, office management, and risk management and insurance matters. She supports the firm with specialized guidance that helps maintain smooth operations and adherence to high standards of compliance and risk oversight.

Val attended Grand Valley State University in Michigan, where she studied psychology, and holds the ACSR designation. Her experience, attention to detail, and institutional knowledge contribute to the operational continuity that underpins Compass Financial Group’s client commitments.
